Back to work I went on Tuesday. This is the end of my second day at my new-old job, and so far, it is going well. My coworkers seem like a good bunch and I have remembered to bring my lucky sweater both days. I call this my new-old job because I held this position for three years, just not in this particular office. I’m thankful for a job because things are rough out there and people are having a hard time finding employment, despite being qualified and having good experience. To be honest, I was worried about whether or not I’d be able to remain here in NYC – but now at least I know I have a job and I can stop worrying about that.

Other than the long commute, I have been doing some reading about urban planning and thinking about my plans for the fall. One of my projects will be completely digitizing some old cards and photos.
