Geek GirlYahoo! Mail is still very popular, especially if you have had your Yahoo! account since “forever’ like me. However, Gmail has gained A LOT of ground in recent years. The interface is “cleaner” than Yahoo!’s and the search function is fantastic!

One thing’s for sure - you can delete your Yahoo! account by not logging into your account for a period up to 7 months or you can delete your Yahoo! account by visiting https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user.

The benefits of using the direct link are no-brainers - it’s easy, fast and you KNOW that your account cannot be accessed.

However, if you use the direct link method of deleting your Yahoo! account, you will be unable to restore your account at a later date. So, you must be absolutely sure that you want to delete your Yahoo! account!

Does anyone know of easy ways to delete other online accounts? Let’s hear it in the comments! :!:
