Here’s a handy new trick for offline blogging! It’s called blog.gears, and it is available for Blogger/Google Gears users.

blog.gears allows Blogger authors to create new posts, edit older ones and synchronize with their Blogger accounts once they have an active internet connection. The offline editor does not have the bells and whistles of the online site, but this is a great option for those who do not use fancy formatting or aren’t always at a computer with internet access.
