TwitThis is not one of the default options for Feedburner Feed Flares, but it is easy to add TwitThis to your blog’s RSS footer.

1. Go to Feedburner.com and navigate to Optimize > FeedFlare on the blog you want to modify.
2. Copy this link (right click with your mouse and press COPY) and paste it into the “add new Flare” box.
3. Choose if you want the new FeedFlare to appear only on your RSS feed and/or your website.
4. Press “Save” to save your changes.
